Stripes.. Oh My!

Hello lovely people! Once I start to blog more and more you’ll soon realize that I’m obsessed with stripes. I actually posted a striped long sleeve the other day. It’s one of my favorite patterns because stripes make an outfit look polished. The fashion trend started in 1917 when Coco Chanel debuted them in Paris. They were inspired by Parisian fisherman that she saw working at the docks. This was actually one of the first times women’s fashion took ideas from men’s clothing. Almost a hundred years have passed and the trend has still continued! So just be prepared to see this awesome trend on my blog again! This time the trend is shown as a peplum from Ralph Lauren! Enjoy!

    1. Thank you so much! Originally I was going to wear a necklace with color but I thought this one was a better fit. Glad you agree!
