The Cruelty-Free Subscription Box You Need in Your Life
On my last flight, I decided to pick up a few magazines to pass the time. Cosmopolitan had an adorable survey showing what subscription boxes you should be a part of, which is how I found the Love Goodly, a cruelty-free subscription box, for $29.95. When I returned from my trip, I looked up Love Goodly and was so excited to find out they offer a cleaner alternative to beauty products. They include $95 worth of goods in a bimonthly box that values at least one of the following: handmade, organic, made in the USA, fair trade, sustainable production, cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free, recycled, non-GMO, non-toxic, or proceeds go towards charity. Many of the products include more than one of these categories but all value cruelty-free, organic, non-GMO, eco-friendly, and vegan. With every box Love Goodly also give back to a cause. What better way to try out new natural beauty products?

Pacifica: Devocean Natural Lipstick in XOX
This lipstick has a very light pigment and is almost like a tinted chapstick more than an actual lipstick. The sheer color is wonderful soft pink and it does smell sweet. This lipstick is made from jojoba, shea butter, and vitamin E. It is also vegan, non-toxic, and cruelty-free. Antonym: Certified Natural Eye Liner Pencil Noir
I typically reach for a liquid eyeliner, but I am blown away by how creamy and water resistant this eyeliner is. When I received this box, I drew a heart on my hand with the eyeliner to see how long it would take to come off. It lasted all day. If that wasn’t good enough it comes with a detachable sharpener! This product is certified by Ecocert Greenlife, 100% natural ingredients including marula and jojoba oil, cruelty-free, vegan, non-toxic, organic, sustainable, and made in the USA… wow, what a list! Nail & Bone: Polish in shade Rudy
When it comes to nail polish I’m an actual menace. My college roommate is always still baffled that I can paint my nails in 5 minutes and be ready to go for the night. Since I’ve been researching more sustainable products, I knew I would most likely have to start investing in a healthier alternative to nail polish. So Nail & Bone came in my box I was filled with excitement to try out a new polish. Nail & Bone supports pet rescue organizations by donating 20% of their proceeds. The polish is also nontoxic, cruelty-free, vegan, and made in the USA. (Shop here)
